Grande Villa Apartments are fully equipped for your comfort.
The monthly amount that you pay includes:

• WATER
• AIR CONDITIONING
• STORAGE SPACE
• CABLE
• EMERGENCY CALL SYSTEM
The apartment rent is based upon 30% of your monthly income less adjusted
medical expenses up to a maximum as follows:
One-bedroom apartment rent:
30% of income up to a maximum of $500
Two-bedroom apartment rent:
30% of income up to a maximum rent of $580.00
Laundry
A laundry room is located on each floor.
- $0.50 per washing load
- $0.50 per drying load
Meals
We serve no meals. Each apartment is equipped for cooking. The Senior Center is located across the street and serves meals daily, Monday through Friday. It also has the Meals on Wheels Program. A $35.00 meal ticket will buy 10 meals at the Center.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Each tenant is responsible for cleaning his or her apartment. The Villa will wash windows once a year. Our housekeeper will shampoo your carpet for $7.00 an hour.
Keys
Two keys to your apartment are issued along with one to the front and back doors. There will be a $2.00 fee to replace.
Parking
Free parking with assigned space. A $40.00 head-bolt plug-in fee is charged for wintertime use.
